For the most part, people arent comfortable in a doctor's office. But when you're greeted with a smile by the receptionist and the staff, and they confirm why you're there and what you can expect step by step, apprehensions fade. Dr. Krause is a personable professional. He is skilled at providing accurate information in layman's terms. I left our visit understanding what to expect going forward, and had reasonable expectations about the outcome. Well done folks!
It was a great visit resulting in a firm care plan! Dr. Krause took much appreciated time to explain the issues with my knee and how to treat it, moving forward. His nurses and X-ray staff were knowledgeable, caring, and cheerful! I feel very confident that the proposed plan will yield positive results!
I have seen Dr Krause before in Floresville. Just had an appointment at the new office in Kennedy, he is awesome and the office is very nice .
Dr. Krause asked questions and listened when I answered him. He explained what was causing my problem and the treatment he was suggesting and was very professional and through. His staff were professional but friendly. His exam rooms and waiting room were very nice and set up well.
