Never, ever buy a house from them. You will be entirely unsatisfied with the people you have to interact with as well as the home itself. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Don't buy there homes. Nothing square. Everything crooked. Paint on or over everything. Paint runs. Vinyl flooring tore and indented all over. Sillicone dried and smeared on all counters and floor. Cabinet doors are warped. Paint smeared and dried on Windows. Can put your fingers underneath baseboard trim. Spiders coming in. Little or none insulation.
