I’ve been asked to review Dalton; while he was goods the job isn’t complete still. He came out for service, and said he’d return. That was 7/9. It has been a month. I’ve been patient. The techs are nice, for sure; John in sales, Brian, and Dalton, have all been out for our system that was replaced on April. However, this is exactly as Dalton left it.
My overall experience with this company was great. From the salesman to the installation team they were all efficient and very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. Everything I asked for was provided with a positive attitude. They were knowledgeable about their product and worked steadily getting the job done as promised. They were neat and punctual. Thank you so much, guys!
Today’s cleaning of units went smoothly. Dalton arrived on time and was respectful, informative, knowledgeable, efficient, and a total pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Wade services.
