No option for zero but I had the most horrible experience with Wade Ford Service. I had my car towed in on a Monday morning with a possible bad battery. And an oil change, tire rotation. My Battery was only two years old. They said Ford Motor craft did not warranty any battery over two years. Well, it was not quite a month over two years. I took my 2011 Mustang to Wade Ford for servicing. The staff was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient with fixing the issue with my car! I would definitely come back again if I had issues
I have nothing but praise for Wade Ford. Their service dept. is the only repair specialists that have ever touched my F-150 which I bought there new in 2005. Other than routine maintainence, I've only had to replace the battery and my truck runs as well as the day I bought it.
Excellent service and fairly priced repairs. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I was referred to Wade Ford through the Costco Auto Program. I went there knowing the exact color and features I wanted in my 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible. They did not have it on there lot, but located two from different lots and scheduled to pick up the one that best suited what I was looking for. Unethical business practices! Be aware that if you are considering doing business with this dealership that they may change the price on you the day you are scheduled to view the vehicle and that they do not honor the price that they list on the vehicle. We found a Ford Escape at Wade on Auto Trader on 05Oct2013 that matched our criteria and within but at the top of our budget at $15998. Dealership is crooked (at least the "boss" Danny is). Sticker price in windshield was almost $1,000 less than what he printed as a quote. Told me they have the right to raise the price when ever they want. $599 Document fees $264 other fees Too many fees and crooked... Don't go here!!
