My daughter’s visit to the Norton Preston ICC ON 1/8/2026 was an incredibly upsetting and disappointing experience. Dr. Elizabeth Wade was rude, dismissive, and did not listen to or address my concerns as a parent. She spoke at me the entire minute she spent in the room rather than engaging in any meaningful discussion or care. What was most disturbing was the way she spoke to my sick daughter. Dr.Wade is the worst pediatrician I have ever encountered. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and when I called her out and attempted to leave the Norton Urgent care she made the excuse that she was tired and had been very busy. An excuse is only good for the one who makes it. I was then told I couldn't leave because it would have been AMA.
