Sorry Michelle, but the "Lemon Law" only pertains to new car purchases. Used vehicles have no protections unless the dealer puts in writing some kind of warrenty. "You see what you get" with a used car & it isnt always the dealers fault. I have worked in the car business since 1992, have heard horror stories about some dealers, then again there are some Used car dealers that stand behind with they sell. So Beware in any used situation!
I recently purchased a car from Wade Cahela Auto Sales and I am extremely unhappy about the vehicle and the extremely poor service that followed the purchase. Before I bought the car, everything was great. The dealer told me the car was "PERFECT". I had not even owned the car a full 24 hours before I started having BAD problems with it. Purchased the vehicle over the internet. Flew from Ohio. Nic picked me up at the airport in the vehicle I purchased. Drove back to the dealership and finished the paperwork with his brother Tyler. Both were great to work with. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Nic or Tyler.Thanks Again,
