I came to Wade Bryant's after an unfortunate incident with a deer and the hood of my car. They were the epitome of outstanding service. Throughout the entire incident they were incredibly helpful, empathetic and most importantly, HONEST, in their advice and guidance. Worst Mechanic I have ever heard of !!! 2010 equinox has engine rattle and they say nothing wrong, then in less then 1k miles it goes bad and they have no clue why it broke the timing Chains? Very poor Mechanic skills !!!
Best service and respect for clients that I've ever seen. Highly recommend this shop. Matt & Leanne are the best.
The lady at the front desk was so rude I had to turn around and walk out because I did not deserve to be treated like that. She wouldn't let me explain my issue with my truck and kept questioning everything I said. I needed help and did not receive any help from the lady at the desk. I wish I caught her name. I will never take any of my personal rigs or fleet rigs here ever!!!!!
UPDATE: Received a call from LeAnn (Manager) at Wade Bryants. She is the epitome of customer service. She explained everything and refunded the original $181.00. Thank you LeAnn! You've got our business back. 💜 I really don't like writing bad reviews, but this time it's well deserved. We took my minivan in to have the air conditioning repaired. They were able to get my car in and out quick with great service and no hidden fees. It's nice to be able to trust the shop that they aren't adding unnecessary charges for things that aren't actually broken. They've earned my repeat business for sure! Thanks Wade Bryant Auto!
I always feel safe taking my car to this shop! I never feel like they are going to take advantage of me at all. They are super friendly and have great service. Highly recommended :)
