Where do I start. I went to Vero Orthopedics back in 2024 for knee pain. Saw the PA, they took xrays & said they could see arthritis and after exam said probably some bursitis. Well here I am two years later & the pain is worse. Another xray back in January, same deal. Arthritis, bursitis. We can try PT. Never said lets get an MRI or how about a cortisone shot. While the doctors here are wonderful, their appointment scheduling process horrible. They recommend texting. But texts are inconsistently responded to. I've been trying to make an appointment all day and can't get through by phone or text. This isn't the first time this has happened. Short of going into the office in person, you really can't get a hold of them.
Dr. Morra and her staff are excellent. This practice is very well run. Can’t recommend Dr. Morra and Vero Orthopaedics enough. Surgery was a success.
Alex was very kind and explained my problem very well. Everyone was very nice!
