They are always helpful. Wish they'd give me a free hat. I have spent a fortune, so I probably deserve one. UPDATE: I came in three weeks later, and they had a hat waiting on me. Hilarious. Also, their prices have remained reasonable l, whereas the rest of the world has raised everything. They are a fantastic company.
