I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. I didn't have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. I only spent a couple of minutes in there. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I've always appreciated how great they are about getting back to me right away. Whenever I call I always hear back from them within a couple of days.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time
