I went to Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach this last weekend and was helped by Joey Gulo and his brother Chris. They helped me find the perfect C300, black with red leather and the sports package! I was very impressed with their huge inventory, competitive pricing, and great customer service!

I wouldn't bring a volkswagen in this place nuts manager wouldn't even pick up his name is Scott Ribel? (sp?) should be fired! Newport Beach he should be on call! Not so they couldn't have the balls to call me! I would fire him in a heart beat! never again would i waste my time with this outfit! sincerely J. Schlagel

I bought my car there 1 1/2 years ago. E350. I've always thought I got a bad deal but have been too lazy to try to prove it. Plus, the bum's rush I got when I purchased it, gave me the idea they wouldn't listen anyway. i returned a car after a week because i thought the deal was horrible. when i was there to do the return Rhonda offered me to convert the lease to a purchase. we still did accept it because we thought the payment was a little high (but better than the first deal). the buyer of our car told us we can still think about it because it was late to deposit our upside down payment. so then me and my wife decide just to grab that deal. i called the next morning and JB told me even if we decided to keep the car the day we returned it... read more

Worst CPA ever – I went to Eric Yn, CPA to file my tax return this year. He did not do a good job on your tax return compared to other CPAs. Other CPA will likely to save you more money on tax return. Most importantly, he is really unprofessional. He did not explain well on ANY of your questions and not willing to spend time with his client. One recommendation, DO NOT GO THERE TO FILE YOUR TAX RETURN.

Does not honor warranty on repair ! – Bought car which was repaired by F.J. Come to find out repair was only partially taken care of. Car is now out of state and had to deal with F.J. thru my local dealership Started my inquiries well within the warranty period. Their excuse is that the original owner did not complain about the issue when he picked up the car ! Now I am responsible for the repair. This is a company that makes ~ 400 Mio. a year ! Biggest in America. Bad Deal,

need a good CPA? – I've been going to Eric Yn, CPA for at least 6 years now, even though I live about 35 miles away. I only need his help once a year to do my taxes; it is well worth the drive! He used to be a financial planner and he really knows his stuff. He is very easy-going and takes the time to explain everything. He knows what questions to ask to help you save money.
