The Del Mar Village apartments don’t take corrective action to prevent loitering, littering, and harassment. This specific neighbor refuses to leave the property to smoke. We have brought this problem up to management, and they haven’t done anything to correct the issue.
Highly recommend everyone over at Waddell, from the leasing agents to the maintenance team; all are kind, reasonable & helpful. We really enjoyed our experience renting at the Houghton Court in Kirkland... Great location, safe & near wonderful nature path. Thank you Shanon, Stacy, Randy, etc !!!

I moved in Highland Park Apartment Homes last September and just happily renewed my lease for another year. My three bedroom apartment has 1400 SF and has a real condo feel with a wonderful deck ample guest parking. The staff are amazing, friendly and very responsive. I love the location in the heart of downtown Kirkland where I can walk the beach and all the entertainment options that the city offers.
Overall rude and unprofessional people. Shanon Case needs to do better!
