Dr Waddell and his staff are fantastic. Not only are the staff welcoming and is the waiting room almost a fun experience but Dr. Waddell really knows his stuff! I was referred to him by my previous chiropractor when I moved and it was the best referral ever. He's always fixed any problem and fast! Ten stars!

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I have seen this person for ten years off and on and wasnt able to see him for two years. Now keep in mind when I seen him I had serious injuries. Was carried in his office more then once and he said he was going to charge me more because I scared his patients when I screamed when he touched me. He was joking of course but follow me on this. Another time I had seperated my pelvic bone so things like that a doctor pretty much remembers you. Oh and they treated me like gold to. My family has been going here for YEARS! Dr. Waddell and his staff are always professional, but have a great sense of humor too. When I first went I was very nervous, but over the years, I go to him more than my medical doc because I never thought chiropractic could alleviate oncoming sinus infections, head aches and much more. I prefer this over medication any day! After a car wreck, he took x-rays to make sure I didn't need to go to the emergency room. Only once did he refer me to a specialist. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me.
