I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with this property management team, specifically Bobby. The landlord was not only unprofessional but outright abusive. He used racial slurs, profanity, and even called me degrading names during our interaction. At one point, he snatched papers from my hands and continued to yell at me in a hostile and threatening manner.
