My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Wagoneer from Waconia Jeep. This was our first time using this dealership and our first time looking at Jeep vehicles. Bought my Jeep from Sean today and could not be happier with the whole process. I was dreading the typical “waste an entire day at the dealership” game and this was the exact opposite. The entire process took probably 90 minutes but the staff was just incredible: friendly, personable and made me feel like a human and not just a sale. The vehicle I bought from them didn't even last through the loan. And the service department was slimy. They blew us off when we called about maintenance on the vehicle that was under warranty. Then when it absolutely had to be fixed they told us it was past the warranty by just a few hundred miles. When I went in and talked with the manager he did nothing about it. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible communication by service department. Waiting three months for a part. I had to continue to call for feedback instead of the other way around. It appears they do not have enough service employees. The work down was fine. Just expect more from the front desk
