The vehicle I bought from them didn't even last through the loan. And the service department was slimy. They blew us off when we called about maintenance on the vehicle that was under warranty. Then when it absolutely had to be fixed they told us it was past the warranty by just a few hundred miles. When I went in and talked with the manager he did nothing about it. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible communication by service department. Waiting three months for a part. I had to continue to call for feedback instead of the other way around. It appears they do not have enough service employees. The work down was fine. Just expect more from the front desk
Worst dealership ever!!!! do not waste your time. Employees are lazy and rude and complete hacks. They ruined my ram 1500. Paid $10,000 to have an engine put in wiring harness is melting dipstick, rubbing on steering column major exhaust leak oil all over my tailgate many broken and damage damaged parts, follow up, why would they comment below that they are eager to help when they have all my contact information and have not reached out to me at all.
