Had them come out to look over air conditioner as the temp in the house was 4 degrees off. Came out checked over everything paid $135. Didn’t fix problem had tech come out again didn’t check over anything. Talked with manager and he didn’t show any interest in coming out. Had to call another company to fix the problem. Found out we needed a new thermostat. Very disappointed in Waconia Comfort as they have done all our work in the past and our fireplace. Hi Josh, After contacting us after hours about a possibly faulty thermostat, you set an appointment with our techs to have your air conditioner looked at. We came out the same day to tune up your AC, during which time everything was checked and running correctly. Later that night, you called to ask about your thermostat again, stating that it was still a few degrees off. My Mother called 4 other places and none of them would work on her fireplace, she called here and they were friendly and ordered the part made an appointment promptly and it was fixed. Very pleased with the service!
I had a leak on my ceiling and thought it was coming from my air conditioner. Luke from Statewide Gas Services was out within a few days and not only fixed the issue, he shut my windows because it was about to rain.
