Doing business the old fashioned way... – I bought a Lasko gel tub from Winnelson for my new home. It is 4 years old and has cracks. Only guaranteed 3 yrs. No one is responsible for the bad tub. However, Densel Winnelson guarantees customer satisfaction and offered a refund or plumbing supplies if I needed them. He provided me a kitchen faucet and a pvc pipe cutter at no charge.
