Had a unit several years. Clean and people are nice but our unit (and only our unit apparently) was broken into. They gave us the run around on getting camera footage for a month then said it was deleted. They are no help and are not taking any responsibility. Same price down the road you get a larger unit, cameras, and Insurance is included.
We used two storage areas both AC/Heat controlled and great service-clean and easy to access.
