Whirlpool I have been to this business several times. They are very nice and friendly. They always have the answers to all my questions and if they don't they go through great lengths to find the answers for me. I would definately recommend them to anyone that is in the need to have a new pool, cleaning their pool or just general equipment for pools or spas.

After having such a bad experience with the other pool and spa place in Waco a coworker recommended Waco Pool & Spa. From the time we walked in the customer service was awesome. We found the perfect hot tub at a great price, and all of our questions were answered. We felt like we mattered. I will definitely recommend Waco Pool & Spa to anyone!
About 6 months ago I called about above ground pools. Not knowing if I was going to go that route, Clare still patiently spent at least 30 minutes on the phone not expecting anything…just pure kindness! Five Star Review:While on vacation, we did not leave the pump going, on our inground pool. When we returned the water was Halloween Green! Waco Pool responded and sent out John.
