I had surgery for multiple fractures in my arm. I was referred here by the hand surgeon. I call multiple times over a week and they say “we’re working on approving the referral”. Tammy the nurse manager finally said that they dont approve of someone “young like you” of taking continuous opiates…Im 38. If this isnt agest then idk what is…bad medicine at the least. My wife came for an appointment and waited in the lobby. While waiting I witnessed the staff members blatantly making fun of difficult patients directly after they left the clinic. "Is it a full moon tonight or something." Laughing and more snide remarks ensued. I understand you have difficult patients but they are in pain. Some sympathy would be nice.
