Might I say every time I come to this establishment front desk always seems to fulfill my needs…. Little young lady in the corner goes by [zay] I think. Anyways she deserves a raise she always greets me and my husband both with a smile, very knowledgeable/welcoming, friendly, doesn’t make us feel rushed. that is the most important thing you need in the office for a front desk is a friendly oriented person and might I say you definitely got that. Each person on staff was very professional, courteous, and expressed concern for my physical and mental-emotional well being. Dr. Contreras was attentive to my concerns, communicated with me patiently and in ways I could understand, and was supportive of my desire for good health. On their busy environment, I felt seen and heard. Very good experience. I am grateful.
Staff was very polite, respectful and friendly. Doctor (HANU ANCHA) was thorough, respectful, and talked to where I could understand what he was saying. Wait time was short, I was in and out in no time. I recommend this place to friend and family or whom ever needs
I recently called the referral team to request a change regarding an appointment, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the staff member I spoke to. While I was trying to explain the situation and get clarification, the person on the phone became noticeably frustrated and even chuckled at times, which came across as condescending.
