I was wowed by the very atmosphere when I walked in. Smiling, courteous and even friendly young lady to check me in. I wasn’t even sitting 5 minutes and I was called back. The young lady walked us back to a room. She was so personable and not clinically standoffish. We answered questions, did vitals and she assured us Dr Levings would be right with us. Really fast service. I checked in and within minutes I was called back to the room. The medical assistant was very professional and went through everything with me. I was completely comfortable with her. In less than 3 minutes of her leaving the doctor came in. I felt like the exam was very thorough and he covered a wide range of areas. He had a plan of action and sent me to the lab where those ladies were extremely nice as well. very professional team, clean office, great time management. Dr Bryan J. Hanysak took the time to hear my health concerns and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the great customer service and care overall.
Each person on staff was very professional, courteous, and expressed concern for my physical and mental-emotional well being. Dr. Contreras was attentive to my concerns, communicated with me patiently and in ways I could understand, and was supportive of my desire for good health. On their busy environment, I felt seen and heard. Very good experience. I am grateful.
I was a little nervous about going but the staff was friendly and helpful. I met the doctor and she was great! She was very reassuring and I feel completely comfortable putting myself under her care.
