I was seen for the first time by Dr Christina Levings. I was thrilled to be seen by a Doctor who listened to every word I said. She was interested in my condition and wanted to help me in any way she could. The office personnel and the lady that took my blood were all exceptional. They were very pleasant and very helpful.❤️

First of all, if I could give ‘0’ stars I would. Before my appointment the staff tried to change my appointment time ahead 30 mins without any correspondence. You have to have a driver, do definitely a no go! Had to show up an hour before my scheduled appointment and then sit there waiting with no regard for the patients time. LVN started reading off my med list, (on one med) which wasn’t on the list but several other meds were…how? I’d never been there before. They used propofol for sedation (awful). From the first time we met Dr. Bussell, we instantly connected with him and his medical advice. He identified my problem and had it taken care of within a couple of weeks. He was very respectful and actually LISTENED to what we had to say. He was very direct but was open to researching the best options for me. He’s an excellent Dr. and we are very happy that he is back in Waco. Thank you Dr. Bussell and WGA!!!

Wow! I've had two births: one at Hillcrest and one at Providence hospital and unfortunately, neither was a great experience. Between rude nurses, technicians, and anesthesiologists, I've had my fair share of stressful medical visits. But wow... I have to give credit where it's due. The team at Waco Gastroenterology Center was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I was so nervous throughout this entire process, but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I've been struggling with digestive issues. The staff is kind, communicative and Dr. Levings made me feel comfortable, safe, and at ease through it all. I had an EGD and other upcoming tests and I feel calm knowing that I'm in the hands of this great staff. Shout out to the Dr at Providence that was making "dad jokes" at was easing tension around the room and at Amy, a phenomenal nurse that was soothing. I'm truly thankful
