Loved my sons NP Amy. I’m sad she left but now that she’s gone it seems like the care for the patients is in the trash. His new Dr or NP didn’t even introduce herself to me or my 2 year old. Like hello, we’re human beings! Not the piece of PAPER you read over for 2 minutes!! My son’s symptoms were (wet cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, watery eyes) worsened as the day progressed! Doctors great 5/5 , front desk people need new jobs . Told them my baby was having trouble breathing and they said they were booked and to call back tomorrow morning to see if they had an opening . Terrible service every time by the lady in the front desk. In the process of finding a new clinic.
We love our doctor but unfortunately she was out and we had another doctor during our appointment. He was very dismissive with our concerns and kept saying “ I don’t know your daughter looks healthy she should be fine” very unprofessional!! As first time parents we have concerns and questions. Felt like we were rushed and overall appointment made us uncomfortable.

Overall, I feel like this place is decent to take your children. Just be wise and careful about the doctor you choose. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. At the beginning, we liked the doctor our children had. They interacted with our kids which was something the first doctor we had chosen from another center did not do.
