This dental office is the best .. so polite to me and got the job done wish I could give them 6 stars if your looking for a dentist I highly recommend them.!
Everyone is very friendly. Dr Martin was great and wanted to make my visit to suit my needs. My first visit but not my last!! Would highly recommend!
I am writing to share my recent experience at this dental office. While parts of my visit were positive, there were also concerning interactions that I believe should be addressed. During my appointment, I encountered two staff members (both heavyset Hispanic women)—both dental assistants—whose behavior came across as passive-aggressive and unprofessional. Waco Dental was personable and efficient. I went in for a teeth cleaning and whitening and it felt like they had already done it a million times.
