Waco Chimney Sweep is terrible! We had Marcus out to our house to clean and inspect our chimney. That was fine. Then he took measurements for our ash pit and for glass doors we want installed. After multiple calls and texts he still hasn’t responded. They suck as far as communication. If they don’t want our business then tell us. Don’t waste your time with these clowns
Not reliable..they don’t warranty their work. After paying them over $600 last year to clean and repair our fireplace our fireplace is unsafe to use. After installing a fireproof insert it broke and crumbled after one use.Called them multiple times over the last year and they told us they don’t warranty parts after telling us many times that they ordered the part...a year later they tell us we will have to pay to have our fireplace fixed.
The two men showed up promptly on time and completed the work in a short time without creating any sort of a mess. They were meticulous in the way they approached the fireplace inside. It is great to have a chimney sweep located in Waco!
Cutter and Ty were very professional and courteous during the four hours they were in our home. They made sure they did the job right in cleaning our chimney and fire box. Apparently, it was pretty bad! I highly recommend this company to take care of your chimney/fireplace. From now on, we’ll have it checked yearly on their recommendation.
