Do not use this company!!! Was selling my house in warrington and needed the sprinkler system inspected in order to sell the house. Paid $175 for the inspection and then was told we needed 4 of the 6 sprinklers in the basement replaced due to them being recalled. Additional cost of $1600!!! Total scam and I believe the township fire inspector is supporting this corruption!! The existing sprinkler heads were fine!!!! This also just happened to my neighbor who was selling their house.
