I went for my first time last night and I thought the staff and the way they conducted business was fantastic! My only complaint was, I checked the menu before headed out because I don’t drink beer or anything carbonated. I saw they had the Scratch Margarita so we went. I ordered the margarita and to my surprise, it’s carbonated and there’s no description of how it’s made. I think you should put that it’s made with Nauti seltzer for others who don’t do carbonated beverages.
Very well prepared to serve a crowd following all the CDC guidelines. Great to be out enjoying awesome food & beverages!
I can’t speak to how things are on a regular basis. I’m leaving this review during COVID after driving 40 minutes to be told there is no way to reserve and just “wait until later.” Use technology. Figure it out.
We absolutely love this place! We were thrilled to hear it was open again. I was impressed with how they have adapted to the guidelines to keep their guests and employees safe. Everything from ordering to paying was simple & safe. Service is great as always. Kudos to the staff who were working so hard cleaning tables and serving customers. Special shoutout to Napa. 😊 Thank you Wachusett for making us feel back to normal again! 👏🏼🍻
