This branch has been our main bank because of its convenient location. We always receive friendly and knowledgeable service here. Today, Charles Floyd went above and beyond by helping me install the Google Pay app on my phone. Really appreciate the excellent customer support!
Visited this branch because it was the closest to my job. My goal was to close out an account due to the death of my mother. Process mentally was stressful due to my loss, but in bank Charles made it easy. He was so nice throughout the entire process. He even let me shed my tears upon arrival. He is a true gem and more people should learn compassion the way he has mastered it. Thanks Charles and don’t ever change!
While here at the ATM I listened to the bank manager refuse to give a senior citizen the 100 euro note she dropped earlier when she did a withdrawal. Even though two tellers confirmed they knew she dropped it and they’d set it aside, he refused to give it back to her. Then I listened to him tell her she can’t even open a case to get it back because she doesn’t have an account with them and she’d need to open a case with her own bank. Staff was quick and friendly when I needed to wire my house downpayment to the law firm. Staff was attentive and really made sure that I was sending the money to the correct place. This location has an ATM inside where you can withdraw and select specific bills.
