While here at the ATM I listened to the bank manager refuse to give a senior citizen the 100 euro note she dropped earlier when she did a withdrawal. Even though two tellers confirmed they knew she dropped it and they’d set it aside, he refused to give it back to her. Then I listened to him tell her she can’t even open a case to get it back because she doesn’t have an account with them and she’d need to open a case with her own bank. Staff was quick and friendly when I needed to wire my house downpayment to the law firm. Staff was attentive and really made sure that I was sending the money to the correct place. This location has an ATM inside where you can withdraw and select specific bills.
No one answers the phone. Marks all over the road so you don't know if you can turn in. You have to park underground and walk up a hill to Wells Fargo Bank. This is a Horrible location. My son complained and I thought he was over reacting. He wasn't. They will validate your parking. If you use the outdoor ATM there is no parking so you have walk up hill and pay for parking because they only validate inside. I need to learn how to deposit using a camera. They shouldn't bother having a branch.
This is the 3rd Wells Fargo I have been to that is “closed” it’s literally insane that no actual banks are open??
They have several people there. Yet theres always a 20+ min wait there. Im hard of hearing so i hate the drive thru but even then theres a massive wait in the drive thru so its not like it would matter. Literally came in when i said it was not busy. Im just trying to put money in my savings its its always a 20+min wait
