Marks all over the road so you don't know if you can turn in. You have to park underground and walk up a hill to the Bank. My son complained and I thought he was over reacting. He wasn't. If you use the outdoor ATM there is- (no safety). After you've walked a lengthy up hill climb then up the steep stairs you're in the bank. I have to open a small a/c elsewhere so I can get inside. I'll keep Wells in part, but, transactions, sit downs - I'll need a convenient walk in bank. They shouldn't bother having a branch there. In a se... read more
This is by far the BEST Wells Fargo location! The branch manager, Michael Byrd & staff member, Brandon Amos are professional, knowledgeable, patient, & helpful. You can trust them with your banking needs. I do and I have no regrets.
This branch has been our main bank because of its convenient location. We always receive friendly and knowledgeable service here. Today, Charles Floyd went above and beyond by helping me install the Google Pay app on my phone. Really appreciate the excellent customer support!
