I have been a tattoo removal client for about three years and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. When I started treatment, I was told the process would likely take between 3 and 18 sessions. I am now well beyond that estimate, and the tattoo is still not fully removed. I had an absolutely horrifying experience with Dr Lucia Covington. Not only did the treatments leave me with permanent scarring, but the way the staff and doctor handled my concerns was beyond unprofessional. When I brought up my complaint, Dr Covington shockingly responded, "Well, what would you like me to do, take Keeley out into the street and beat her?"
