Amy Martin with this company is a disgrace. She is a liar hides behind her keyboard and voicemail and does not communicate with the homeowners. This company is a joke. RUN... The Owner wants to claim they have nothing to do with it. Yet I have Josh the VP of operations at this shady company telling me they are deciding if they want to cut limbs and plant sod or landscape it. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Completely ineffective responses to a repetitive noise situation with renters in North Myrtle Beach.. They keep trying to pawn the problem off to the police. $515 HOA fee, for what, situational ignorance and refusing to even take a phone call? Pathetic beyond comprehension.
The worst management company. The Diamond has had Waccamaw for 3 years, we've had 6 Association Managers that don't return phone calls and emails. Supposedly are in our community once a week yet they don't see the mailbox being held up with a pole, cars parked on the grass or across the sidewalk, the renters with junk , uncut grass ect. If I could give a negative number I would. Stay far away from this so called management company
I am a owner in Carolina Willow's, a community managed by the the Inept management company, Waccamaw Management. Our neighborhood has never looked worse. I am completely ashamed that this management company thinks they do quality work. The staff at their locations are completely inept and could careless about anything other then pocketing HOA fees. $299.00 per month for what they do is a joke. Shutter fell off 2nd story 5 months ago, still not repaired. Kids toys left all over the parking lot at all hours and in parking spot... read more
