The worst management company. The Diamond has had Waccamaw for 3 years, we've had 6 Association Managers that don't return phone calls and emails. Supposedly are in our community once a week yet they don't see the mailbox being held up with a pole, cars parked on the grass or across the sidewalk, the renters with junk , uncut grass ect. If I could give a negative number I would. Stay far away from this so called management company

I am a owner in Carolina Willow's, a community managed by the the Inept management company, Waccamaw Management. Our neighborhood has never looked worse. I am completely ashamed that this management company thinks they do quality work. The staff at their locations are completely inept and could careless about anything other then pocketing HOA fees. $299.00 per month for what they do is a joke. Shutter fell off 2nd story 5 months ago, still not repaired. Kids toys left all over the parking lot at all hours and in parking spot... read more

I am a newly elected president of an HOA. Waccamaw has help guide me through some difficult situations as several of the previous Board members abandoned the HOA. Steve G, Beth G and LaTanya B have done an outstanding job! Thank you for all your help and support!
