Nurse Kelly made this visit very enjoyable and she is so funny and caring. Dr Mctighe was very nice and extremely smart.
BILLING ISSUE- PLEASE READ . Beware I was billed almost $500 and when I contacted my insurance, they will not cover any of the cost although it is a medical issue not a cosmetic issue. Anyhow, I tried to call and And see if they could bill me at the self pay rate as I am being billed at the insurance rate which is much higher, and they said that they will not help me with billing that they will only bill me at the insurance rate. Surely wouldn’t go here again. For one I did not get a chance to read all the paperwork before I signed everything and now I’m being billed for biopsy results that I was not aware of anyhow because I have insurance and they won’t cover anything. I’m being billed at the insurance rate I would’ve paid less if I told them I did not have insurance so I asked him if they can build me at the self-pay rate and they said they cannot do that. Scam of a place, don’t go here if you’re tight with money.
