I was so excited to do birthday wig here, Biggest mistake ever!!! So clearly sis didn’t want to do my hair and clearly had other things to do because not only did she rush my hair, but she completely tried it by not even braiding my hair all the way down basically giving me Five dinosaur head corn rolls Which gave me a McDonald’s arch on my head , did not flat iron the top and the baby hair was a complete mess!

This woman is either not smart or a complete liar. I contacted her because I ordered 40 inches of hair and when it got here the hair measures 35 inches. She flat out told me that it measured 41 inches even though I sent her videos with the tape measure showing exactly where the hair landed. She is also refusing to refund me despite despite the very clear exchange and refund policy. She’s unprofessional, not smart and just a gaslighter

I placed my order since Black Friday sale buy1 get 1 2023 and I haven’t received my package. I contacted Wabby hair and I was told my package was missing. Wabby requested that I pay additional $200 to color a set of wigs for me that which I did and I didn’t receive any tracking number or my package. I requested for tracking number, Wabby refused to provide tracking number. I requested for a refund or my package none I have received. It’s been nine months now still haven’t received my package.
