The good: Good community (many residents have been here for years) and large units. Mostly quiet. The bad: The building has roaches. Management is almost never on site. Overall it's a good place to live if it's what you can afford. There are MUCH worse places you could live. I'm thankful for the opportunity to rent my own place.
