Can't get in for dental. The appointments are so far out you can't remember. I was told a year or more for dentures. The lady on the phone was rude. I thought they were supposed to help people not talk to you rudely for having questions. By January they had already helped as many people as possible for the year I was told.
I love WVHC. They've always spoken to me with respect and care, no matter my background or history. I also went in for something sensitive and Olivia and Regina made me feel so comfortable and normal. I cannot recommend WVHC enough.
I’ve been going to Wabash Valley Health Center’s medical clinic for many years and recently started using their dental services this year. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had a 10:00 AM dental cleaning appointment and arrived 10–15 minutes early, as I always do. After checking in, I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no update or explanation. No one informed me that my hygienist was running late. Issues with billing. Was lead to believe a paid billing issue was resolved twice. Was told not to worry that it was taken care of. Just to have it sent to a collection agency later. When called again to dispute it again I was put on hold for 20 mins just to have the phone hang up on me and my calls later were all ignored. Do not recommend! Billing service is awful and disrespectful.
Very clean and the folks are extremely friendly and helpful.
