Friendly, knowledgable staff and a vast array of rentable equipment.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped in at True Value looking for a spark plug for my mower and was having a hard time finding the right one. The staff went above and beyond, after cross-referencing and figuring out exactly what I needed, they let me know they didn’t have it in stock. But instead of just stopping there, they took the extra step to tell me that the AutoZone just down the road had it. That level of customer service is rare these days. They could have ordered it for me to make the sale, but instead they prioritized helping me out. ... read more
If you’re considering applying for this store, don’t bother.
Love this store. Great place to stop when your in a rush and easy to find what you need and are well stocked. They also have a rental department. I've rented carpet shampooer and roto rooter both several times. Reasonable rental rates.
