Friendly, knowledgable staff and a vast array of rentable equipment.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped in at True Value looking for a spark plug for my mower and was having a hard time finding the right one. The staff went above and beyond, after cross-referencing and figuring out exactly what I needed, they let me know they didn’t have it in stock. But instead of just stopping there, they took the extra step to tell me that the AutoZone just down the road had it. That level of customer service is rare these days. If you’re considering applying for this store, don’t bother.
Love this store. Great place to stop when your in a rush and easy to find what you need and are well stocked. They also have a rental department. I've rented carpet shampooer and roto rooter both several times. Reasonable rental rates.
Thank you so much to the kind man working at the service desk on 5/25 who gave me some keys to make keychains for my toddlers. They like to play with mine and only like real keys so he helped me pick out some old keys to make my kids their own set. As I was leaving he came up to give me some old remote keys he found that had buttons on them, toddlers definitely love buttons lol. Very sweet and thoughtful of him! Thank you! ❤️
