⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped in at True Value looking for a spark plug for my mower and was having a hard time finding the right one. The staff went above and beyond, after cross-referencing and figuring out exactly what I needed, they let me know they didn’t have it in stock. But instead of just stopping there, they took the extra step to tell me that the AutoZone just down the road had it. That level of customer service is rare these days.
