I got an unexpected flat and my car doesn't come with a spare. I called few companies and all of them were giving me like a three hour wait time estimate. When I talked to them' at Wabash tire shop, they were headed to me as we were talking on the phone. They came and got my bad tire, Took it to their shop and Brought it With a new one in like 10 minutes.

Extremely poor customer service!! I called to get a quote on a tire for my vehicle and informed them that I was on the was. When I made it the gate was locked. So I called the shop's number three times the first time no one answered, the second time the call was declined and the third time the lady that answered was extremely rude, she yelled at me over talked me , and then hung up the phone while I was still attempting to communicate with her in a calm manner. Been trying to get a hold of this place because I need a tire nobody will answer. Nobody returns my calls. How do you run a business and not even answer the phone?

I really love this place. I love the service. I’ve been dealing with Wabash tire shop for years.. Prices are reasonable, and owners are very nice and respectful “Shop at Wabash Tires” Their mobile too!!!! 24 hours
