Do not go in here unless your prepaid parking successfully scans. Their ticket will run you $63 possibly upwards. Do not enter and try to leave, they charge $20 just to figure out the space is unaffordable. PREDATORY Place. Wouldn't even trust the prepay app services to work here. Also traffic is awful, but going back, wish i would have reversed into rush hour traffic and hoofed it from elsewhere!!!!
Very expensive parking and scammy. The validation from Macy’s does not work. Never coming here again.
Very unorganized especially after events. We sat in 1 hour of traffic waiting to get out of the garage after seeing Erykah Badu. There needs to be a better way of letting cars exit
