Management should review the recording around 7.30 pm on June 30th to see what their customer service does. Rarely did I ever see such lack of professionalism. To the customer service representative I talked to: I have seen toddlers with better self control on their emotion than you.

Terrible parking garage. People’s cars got broken into tonight. It’s really sad that you have to pay $68 for 120 minutes just for your car to get broken into DONT be here for a concert. You will be stuck for an hour atleast. just be prepared - 0 out of 10 do not recommend.
Vehicle window smashed during paid parking stay. Management should review security presence and camera coverage in the structure. Be cautious leaving valuables.
