Overpriced. 50$ for an hour parking
Super easy to use and hands free when going into the garage
Parking is convenient to the location, but it is a pickle to get out of and onto the street... very confusing on where to pay for your ticket and the machine doesn't accept 100$, when your ticket is gonna be sure close to that or over... Not at all clean... Stairway smells of urine...
Management should review the recording around 7.30 pm on June 30th to see what their customer service does. Rarely did I ever see such lack of professionalism. To the customer service representative I talked to: I have seen toddlers with better self control on their emotion than you.
