Service and parts are both AWESOME. Come here several times a week for our Volvo trucks. Parts dept is very proactive and will get stuff together ahead of time with a quick call or text. Professional service every time! Highly recommend -
The worst customer service ever. The guy in the parts, white and younger was rude and disrespected me. I called him beforehand if he has mudflaps, he is asked if I need angled or straight, I got him wrong and said angled, I thought he is talking about the bottom part where some of them are more round edges. When I came to purchase mudflaps he brought those angled ones and I realized that I need straight ones. Mediocre garage at best. They are horrible at scourcing parts. A very "don't care don't need you attitude" I had to scource my own parts out and wait almost 2 days for a basic repair. It's an owner operators worst nightmare.
I deal with the guys in parts daily. They are very knowledgeable and insightful with tech questions. If they don't know off hand they will find out for you.
Customer Service is so damn RUDE.
