DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF HERE. I went here to get my family necklace valued and to potentially sell it. They offered me $390 for my necklace. I went next door to get a second quote, and Fiancee Jewelry offered me over DOUBLE, at $850. This place is dishonest and tried taking advantage of someone who was acting unaware of the true value of my jewelry.

Very disappointed with this jeweler and their support regarding a diamond ring that I purchased through eBay. Full disclosure I purchased the ring and had no issues for 1 years. Unfortunately the ring broke having had very light use. The central main diamond casing which which was set in a separate cushioned setting broke away. Basically in my opinion a structural failure.
