It's OK. I go here for convenience (It's a few minutes drive from most of Decatur) and it's one of the few places that accept my insurance. I like that I can get a doctor's appointment, then a blood draw within 15 minutes without leaving the grounds (I highly recommend the phlebotomists here, they're fast and get you in/out). I typically get the results within a day. Poor service. Susan has been the most unprofessional un enjoyable person I think ive ever met. If you gave other choices go else where. Edit: If you value your baby go elsewhere BEWARE
I had my child get his physical for school done last month, they failed not once, not twice but three times to get me the proper forms. Then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have anything in the system stating he had one done. Then asked me if I’d like to schedule him one to be done. Mind you, they’ve called me not once but twice last week to let me know that they have it up front for me to pick up.
