I had my child get his physical for school done last month, they failed not once, not twice but three times to get me the proper forms. Then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have anything in the system stating he had one done. Then asked me if I’d like to schedule him one to be done. Mind you, they’ve called me not once but twice last week to let me know that they have it up front for me to pick up. The worst!
Been trying to get an appointment since February for a new anxiety medication. After several canceled appointments and a prescription that wasn't meant for anxiety, was finally told I NEED my records to get the meds I need. This could've been communicated 4 months ago. Now they want me to wait 3 more months for another appointment.
The clinic is decent, there’s a really good NP in women’s health, Jessica. The outpatient addiction center is the worst. I got treatment through them for 3+ years and I would not recommend it to anyone, I regret wasting my time. I would suggest Heritage, Gateway, or Family Guidance Center!
