The apartment was not clean upon my move in date, none of the blinds were changed out for new ones like all of the other apartments, and the land lord used my deposit to do all the upgrades after I moved out. I did not get this treatment when I moved in and I certainly will not be renting with Thomson Rentals in the future. On top of taking all of my deposit, the landlord charged me a petty $2.83 for other repairs. Good riddance.
