This place is horrible and the workers are very rude. There are no signs anywhere but they expect drivers to automatically know all the rules and policies of this place. You stop at the guard shack then head over to the building to your right. If picking up a trailer you will need the VIN number of the trailer your picking up. Then a yard driver (who is unprofessional and rude) will bring your trailer to you. After you hook up to the trailer have to go back to the building and get it inspected. This place is a garbage patch, walk into the Dispatch area to pick up a trlr and you have walked into an area where people absolutely hate their jobs but refuse to quit. The guy who sits at the right window with a beard is a real piece of work. Once he is done inspecting your trailer he will just walk off and never tell you he’s finished! Sat in my truck for 30 minutes before I realized that he had left! Lady at gate was polite & friendly. I was there 2 times..dealt with two different guys at dispatch window. First one was an older guy, acted put out to do his job. Was very rude & acted like I should know he needs vin instead of trailer # Second time was guy with dark beard. Made me wait at window while he had his blinds pulled doing who knows what, just ignoring me. Guy in garage had inspection done & wondered what took me so long!! I’m tired of the rudeness.
