When I tried to reach out for help I got very little. Extremely long wait times for appointments. Zero mental health support. Very little communication with the doctor. When I started getting dental help it didn't last very long. The dentist is no longer available and I was told to go elsewhere with zero direction.
Seniors program supervisor (Shyanne) said she didn't care about the people in The Sixties Scoop and if we didn't like what their programing was, we didn't have to come!! How rude & insensitive! I expected & thought better of them. I hope they are given sensitivity training & are shut down until they receive it! Then they say they have a mental wellness program, they do not. Why list programs they don't have? Do they get financing for such programs?
Clinic went down hill recently… I’m not sure what happen but it definetly hasn’t gotten better. .
