Worst clinic ever lol. Dr mattis is the worst. Had a same day appointment that I made in the morning and we got there 10 minutes early and then waited a hour after our appointment time. We go in and he looks at my daughter ear and doesn’t know what it is so he gives her 2 different types of prescription for 2 different things because he can’t take swabs and send it off because the lab pick up guy already came and left and if he took it when out appointment was he would have been able to send the swabs out for testing.
