This WaBa location looks like it’s a run down location. There are light bulbs that are out that haven’t been replaced and the ones that have been replaced are different shades compared to the rest. On the menu area there is a flickering light and there is a burnt out bulb. The customer service was terrible. I asked to use the restroom before I ordered and they told me it’s for customers only. Waba grill was delicious. My go to is the sweet & spicy rice with veggie bowl. The waba sauce and chilli sauce mixed with a side of dumplings is indescribable. Order ahead to avoid the wait. They are understaffed so please be patient with them. Update: 8/7/25 I came in at 1145ish and lady just looks like she is hating life and doesn't want to be here. It's rather unwelcoming. Heavy tapping on the monitor and her demeanor.
If each waba is independently owned, this branch is cheap on the amount of meat they give. Their soda machine has Pepsi with no carbonation. They cut corners here. Also they have a bad attitude to match the low quantity meat portions
The food was cold and the vegetables were not cooked. I will never order from this location again.
