Cashier Angel R. needs to be fired ASAP!!! She was rude, and petty and LAZY to turn on the fryer or whatever you use to make 12 dumplings for my order. I spent over $60 dollars for my order and she can only offer veggies or salad because of her laziness!! I'm a loyal customer to this location and never had a problem here until today. She said she can't give me dumplings because they are about to close in 35 minutes. NEVER coming here again and I don't recommend this location. Food is really good and the employees are always nice. Easy spot for my gf and I to choose over fast food.
Cashier Mia was very rude customer service was horrible didn’t interact with customers looked like she disliked her job. Didn’t call out names for order and got my order confused twice didn’t provide the drink to my kid because she stated the order wasn’t ready yet. Worst experience ever definitely not coming here again.
If you order using the self-service machine, double-check your order at the end. The system lets you add avocado but asks again later, which can be confusing. Make sure to review your receipt because you might get charged for avocado but it may not be included. Paying about $3 extra for nothing isn’t cheap. 🥑💳
