The night that I came here I drove for almost 8 straight hours and had a dinner craving for WaBa Grill. The customer service here was such a refreshing experience that I hardly see in restaurants anymore. Jay's customer service skills were great. The young man was polite, well spoken, and noticed I was having trouble navigating the new self ordering screen. He waved me over and recommended a current deal based on what I ordered.
