I had a very disappointing experience at Waba Grill. I asked in English if I could buy a large cup of ice — I never once asked for it for free. The staff refused and responded in Spanish, saying: “We who work here have to pay for our things, so why should we give something to you?” They clearly assumed I didn’t understand Spanish, which made the situation even more disrespectful.
