Here an hour ago and the chicken and white rice wasn't ready for at least 20 minutes. So we left and came back. The dirty rags still on table. Not organized but the food was good.
Awesome place to eat. I'd never been to a Waba and the staff were very friendly and helped me make a selection based on what I wanted. I got a chicken/vege bowl and it was fantastic. They have a great teriyaki sauce and the most authentic tasting vegetable selection I have ever come across at a fast food restaurant. I GO TO ALL THE WABA GRILLS ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON 17TH AND GRAND IN SANTA ANA THAT ONES GREAT. BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NEW ONE ON MC FADDEN AGAIN THEY GAVE A STEAK BOWL THAT I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW LITTLE MEAT IT HAD NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

To start off, I personally have nothing against Waba. Their food is delicious and have gone to the ones in la for a long time. Understanding the resturaunt is new, they had a now hiring sign. My fiancé got an application and they were nice the day before. Today she brought it back and was met with hostility. One of the employees said "we're not hiring" with a now hiring sign on the door. Very rude, 0/10 customer service. Would recommend training in how to handle customers and possible applicants to the manager on shift. Extr... read more
