So I’ve been going to this Waba Grill for the past couple months. First off, there is an older Asian woman who is EXTREMELY rude. She always has a mad look on her face. Seems like she is very unhappy. I believe she is the owner and treats her customers with absolute disrespect. After 8 or 9 visits, I’m being told that I have to pay extra for the teeny tiny hot sauce packets that normally accompany the food. My 2nd and last time coming here. I’ve had a bad experience every time I go to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Fast and the food is on point. Also the bathroom maintenance is on point
Great healthy food with fast, friendly service. Perfect for fast dining on a lunch break.
Very bad service , I had order by app set up time pickup my food at 10 AM today but when I came to pick up my food they not ready yet and nobody come explain for me why, after 20min waiting I gave up my food and left the store
