Very bad service , I had order by app set up time pickup my food at 10 AM today but when I came to pick up my food they not ready yet and nobody come explain for me why, after 20min waiting I gave up my food and left the store
Place used to be great, new owners never have it staffed, owner is always yelling at his poor son who is the only helpful person there, food is still good at least, store always is hot and dimly lit as well. I have given it a few tries now and EVERY time it has been the same thing. As I’m sitting here waiting there are several other customers waiting with the same discontent, this is just not acceptable, I won’t be coming back to this location
