You can tell a lot about a restaurant just by looking at the staff - whether they are just goofing around to pass time or genuinely working hard with great service in mind. This WaBa Grill passed my litmus test with flying colors in that regard, and by the way, this was my first visit! I ordered a chicken and steak combo. I ordered there new thai tea. The lady who took my order i told her easy ice. But she still filled the cup with the ice and then pour the tea. I mentioned to her I requested for less ice. She made face and took the cup back, put easy ice and drink from old cup to new cup. Which was less on quantity. She didn't even bother to make quick. Iced tea and fill my cup which I paid for.

Its frustrating cause you get a bowl and wontons and they only give you 1 spicy sauce. If you ask for soy sauce or Waba Sauce they only give you 1 packet each for your bowl and 10 wontons. Its just a little too much nickle and diming.
