What I’ve noticed it’s a lack of respect and communication between the “Manager” and (some) employees. I guess there was a new person under training making the wait impossible to bare with it making the new employee more nervous but the manager has a very poor sense of responsibility and proper management skills I saw him belittling the employee and making the rest of the customers as well as myself very uncomfortable.
I had a nice experience here at waba Liz was so kind and polite during my visit. Thank you for service 😊

She was very nice, extremely helpful, and had such a positive attitude—it’s rare to find someone like her. I truly believe this business is very fortunate to have her on their team.
